Shipping

Order Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within one week. There may be delays due to a high volume of orders, especially during the holiday seasons or big sales. Please plan accordingly, and thank you!

Shipping & Tracking

Sticker orders to the US & Canada should arrive in 1-2 weeks. These will be sent via first class mail in paper mailers. At this time, I cannot yet offer tracking with paper mailers. In the future when shipping things like apparel, tracking info will be updated here.

 

Package hasn't arrived or is lost?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. 

If you're in the US or Canada and it's been 2 weeks and you have not received your package, please email me.

If you're in an international country and it's been over 6 weeks and you have not received your package, please email me. It may take time to process through customs so your patience is appreciated.

 

Exchange & Refunds

Returns & exchanges are only available for customers who have received damaged or incorrect merchandise in the mail. Please contact me right away about that.
